    Welding Supervisor

    Experienced welding supervisor (please include salary history when submitting resume).

     Responsibilities include:

    1. Meet production output requirements while continuously maintaining the highest standards of quality
    2. Plan material and staffing requirements with Production Planner, Purchasing and Facilities Manager, as required
    3. Establish and maintain parameters for MIG, Robotic and manual welding, including quality, safety, efficiency and output
    4. Program, troubleshoot and maintain Robotics
    5. Develop and maintain a team environment within your department and with all production supervisors and appropriate planning and purchasing personnel.
    6. Coordinate your responsibilities with other departments as appropriate, and lead continuous improvement efforts within your department while actively supporting all cost and continuous improvement initiatives
    7. Three to five years of relevant manufacturing experience, including supervision of a welding department, robotic programming and troubleshooting 

    This position reports to the Facilities Manager.  Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) communication skills are preferred.
